Shipping

Summary of our shipping policy. The full text is in our Shipping Policy, which applies if anything here differs.

• Ships from: Singapore. All inventory is held and packed by us; no dropshipping or overseas fulfilment centre.
• Processing: in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-fitted builds need approximately 2–3 additional business days.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by destination, weight and service level.
• Estimated transit after dispatch: Singapore 1–3 business days; Southeast Asia 3–5; East Asia, Australia & New Zealand 5–7; North America & Europe 5–7. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
• Duties and taxes: international orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient on arrival, separately from checkout. Singapore prices include GST.
• Tracking, insurance and signature: every order ships with tracking, all shipments are insured, and international shipments require a signature on delivery.
• Freight forwarders: we do not ship to forwarding or reshipping addresses without prior written approval.
