SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship from

All Torque Golf inventory is held and shipped from Singapore. There is no dropshipping and no overseas fulfilment centre — every order, whether bound for a buyer in Singapore or one in Stockholm, leaves from the same place: our facility here, packed by us.

Processing time

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Custom-fitted orders — clubs built to your lie angle, shaft, grip, or length specification — require additional build time before they ship. Current build time is approximately 2–3 business days from order confirmation, separate from transit time below. If a specific build is taking longer due to allocation or component availability, we will contact you directly with a revised timeline before your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level — there is no flat rate or fixed threshold. You will see the exact cost before completing payment, with no surprises added afterward.

Domestic shipping (Singapore)

Local deliveries are handled by courier and typically arrive within 1–3 business days of dispatch. Exact courier and delivery windows will be confirmed at checkout.

International shipping

Torque Golf ships worldwide. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Southeast Asia: 3–5 business days East Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 5-7 business days North America & Europe: 5-7 business days 

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means any import duties, taxes (including GST/VAT), or customs clearance fees levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier or customs authority on arrival, separate from what you pay at checkout. Torque Golf has no visibility into and does not control these charges — they vary by country, by product value, and by local regulation.

For Singapore deliveries, all listed prices are GST-inclusive — no additional tax is added at checkout.

We recommend checking your country's import duty threshold for golf equipment before ordering if this is a concern. We're happy to provide the commercial invoice value in advance if your customs broker requires it.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is handed to the courier. For international orders, tracking visibility may be limited once the shipment enters the destination country's domestic postal network — this is a carrier limitation, not a sign anything has gone wrong.

Loss or damage in transit

All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us as soon as possible with your order number — we will review the claim with the courier on a case-by-case basis and work toward a resolution with you directly.

High-value shipments

Given the value of much of our catalogue, all international shipments require a signature on delivery. We will not ship to a freight forwarder or reshipping address without prior written approval — please contact us first if this applies to you.

Delays and exceptions

Custom builds, allocation-limited products (noted on individual product pages, e.g. Fujimoto Golf), and pre-order or limited-edition releases follow the timeline stated on that specific product page rather than the general estimates above. Where a product page and this policy conflict, the product page timeline applies.
