Where do you ship from?
Singapore. Every order is packed by us at our own facility.

How fast do orders ship?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-fitted builds need approximately 2–3 additional business days. Allocation-limited, pre-order and limited-edition products follow the timeline on their product page.

How long does delivery take?
Carrier estimates after dispatch: North America & Europe 5–7 business days; East Asia, Australia & New Zealand 5–7; Southeast Asia 3–5; Singapore 1–3.

Will I pay import duties?
International orders ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): import duties, taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient on arrival. We can provide the commercial invoice value in advance if your customs broker needs it.

Are shipments insured and tracked?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, all shipments are insured, and international shipments require a signature.

Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving it, if it is unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns incur a 15% restocking fee, return shipping is paid by the buyer, and import taxes are not refunded. Custom-built or customised items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Can I change my order?
Orders once paid for are final and changes are not allowed.
