The BB6 SB-03 is a precision-engineered Japanese driver head built for golfers who demand more distance without sacrificing control. Through its proprietary Power Center Bridge Structure and a redesigned shallow-back profile, the SB-03 delivers explosive ball speed, a penetrating low-spin trajectory, and the versatility to be tuned exactly to your swing.
Power Center Bridge Structure
At the heart of the SB-03 is a radical redesign of the sole. Where the BB6 MB-02 distributed its bellows bridge across the sole, the SB-03 concentrates the entire flex zone at the sole centre. At impact, force from the head is channelled directly into this zone — amplifying the flex and snap-back of the inner bellows and sending the ball off the face faster. The result is a more stable head path through the swing and a measurable increase in initial ball velocity on every strike.
Shallow-Back Design for Lower CG
Compared to the MB-02, the SB-03 features a lower rear profile — a shallow-back shape that drops the centre of gravity 2 to 3mm lower. This reduction in CG height decreases backspin and promotes a higher launch angle, producing the kind of strong, boring ball flight that holds its line in the wind and carries further downrange.
Dual Weight System — Tune Your Trajectory
Two interchangeable sole weights (standard configuration: 10g rear + 2g centre) allow you to independently adjust CG depth and CG height to match your swing speed and desired shot shape.
• Normal Position (10g rear / 2g centre): Higher MOI at 4,350 g·cm², deeper CG, more forgiveness, standard spin. Ideal for players seeking stability and a draw-friendly setup.
• Low-Spin Position (2g rear / 10g centre): Forward CG shift reduces spin for a tighter, more piercing trajectory. Built for faster swingers chasing extra roll and distance.
Optional weights available separately from 2g to 14g, giving you complete control over how this head performs.
Just-Meet Neck Adjuster
The SB-03’s adjustable hosel lets you fine-tune loft, lie angle, and face angle independently — so you can dial in ball flight for any course, condition, or swing tendency without changing equipment.
